Cindy is an incredible team player. She is never idle; in her downtime she actively seeks out ways to be helpful. She jumps in to assist with cares and shares her vast knowledge and experience.
She goes above and beyond to build and maintain morale in the PACU. She remembers everyone’s birthdays, organizes gift-exchanges over the holidays, brings goodies to celebrate life events, and looks for ways to make her coworkers feel appreciated.
