Edita has come down to the ED at least twice while I’ve been on shift and has been a tremendous help to our team.
She’s punctual, kind, and takes initiative to complete tasks that CNAs who float to the ED are under no obligation to complete. Without being asked, Edita will use her “free” time on the floor to stock each room and IV cart, break patient observers for lunch/breaks, and generally providing outstanding patient care. On top of her solid work ethic, Edita has a great attitude and is always trying to learn new things, as well as share her own knowledge. We’re always grateful when Edita is one of the POs or hold CNAs who comes for an ED shift!
