On a recent day in PCU, Elena was the best sitter a nurse could have asked for with a very tumultuous SI pt. She was prompt in cares and letting me know if she felt the pt was escalating. She was also incredible at redirecting the pt. Through two code grey calls and multiple close-to-calls, she was calm and sooooo helpful. I can’t imagine where I would have been without her. I’m beyond thankful for her being there that shift.
