I would like to take a moment to recognize Mrs. Ida for her exceptional support in helping her coworkers elevate their skills and foster a proactive mindset among the staff. I’vetnessed Mrs. Ida flourish in her role as she guides her colleagues in rounding on patients.
Recently, Mrs. Ida took the time to mentor two Patient Experience Specialists who were initially hesitant about in-person rounding. She patiently answered all of their questions and provided the guidance needed for them to feel confident in the process. Thanks to her dedication, we now have two additional staff members who are fully capable of rounding on patients. Mrs. Ida’s commitment to supporting her team and fostering growth within Patient Experience is appreciated
