Matt is always incredibly helpful on the unit! He has a vast knowledge base and experience; he is a great resource for questions as well as solving problems with patients and unit processes. He consistently checks in with nurses and does what needs to get done constantly. Yesterday when my patient kept attempting to kill herself throughout the shift, Matt was helping communicate with doctors and security as well as physically restraining the patient from hurting herself. It’s always great working with Matt!
