I had a very heavy ED hold assignment, and Jenny was super helpful for much of the shift assisting my as the patients needed escalation in care. I appreciate her kindness and hard work, as well as her thoughtfulness with checking in with me frequently to help with my patients. Thank you so much Jenny!
