I wanted to take a moment to recognize Toni for his exceptional work during a particularly challenging situation. While I was working SWAT, Toni was managing a highly volatile patient in violent restraints – a patient who had caused staff injuries an the previous night.
Toni brought an impressive combination of sincerity, professionalism, humor, and attentional to detail to what was both an emotional and physically demanding assignment. He played a crucial role in keeping the patient calm, fostering effective teamwork, and ensuring that all aspects of the violent restrain orders and documentation were handled properly and in compliance. He keep the patient and staff members safe.
