This rave today is for a very delightful employee in the IT department. When she answers the phone as a Service Desk Specialist, Kiara delivers great customer service skills consistently in etiquette, tone, and support. Every time I call, I know I will get an answer or at least be directed to the right individual. She goes above and beyond and I appreciate her effort to show the behaviors that add positivity to our conversation and especially seeking to find the right solution.
