Today, one of our techs did not show up and no one informed us that his provider needed coverage. Laura took initiative to cover this providers schedule without being asked while no one else took any action to ensure this provider had coverage. Thank you Laura for doing what needs to be done without someone having to ask! Especially when our lead tech could have taken initiative to ensure coverage is taken care of.
