Teamwork is crucial, especially during periods of limited staffing. I had the opportunity to work alongside Marion for a day of field support, and it was truly a delightful experience. From 6:59 AM to 5:01 PM, her positive demeanor and enthusiasm were evident, contributing significantly to our work environment and success of our day. Marion’s communication skills are excellent. She very knowledgeable in her position as RNCM and is approachable and readily assists with any inquiries. Our teamwork was highly effective, and I thoroughly appreciated the day we spent together.
