I would like to take a moment to recognize Mary for the outstanding quality of service she has been providing to our staff and patients. I had the opportunity to witness Mary’s dedication firsthand when she rounded on a patient on the 5th floor who had recently been admitted. The patient was in need of clothing, Mary took the initiative and went to Volunteer Services with a list of his clothing sizes and ensured he received an outfit.
This is exactly the kind of quality care we strive for in Patient Experience, and Mary’s actions reflect our commitment to going above and beyond for our patients. She has been a wonderful addition to the Patient Experience Team
