I wanted to express my appreciation for the work that Matt and Graham. In particular, responding to the OR switch outages. They have been promptly deploying to the locations affected to troubleshoot and resolve the issues. They have been doing a great job communicating with the OR staff to schedule the work. Their attention to quality and detail is evident. Thank you!
