Evaleen stepped in during an aggressive person code to help de-escalate the situation with the patient and his mother. She was able to help the patient calm down, helped to transfer him to bed, and even found him some cereal he was craving. I appreciated her help during the code. She also sat down with the patient’s mother to make sure she also was okay after the code gray. Thanks again for stepping in to help, you are appreciated!
