Michelle has helped to improve the process of pulling and adding field clinic audiograms to patient charts. Audiology mentioned that the ENT team is doing a better job of pulling these reports, which increases access to timely care.
When investigating the process, it was identified that Michelle helped improve this process. Michelle noted she uploads the field Audiogram in the patients’ chart when they send it so save CMA/ providers time and she makes a comment on the appointment type they had a field visit audio.
Michelle added that she remembers how it was as a CMA trying to look and look for the last audiogram.
