Last week when I apologized to Rochelle for always assigning the referral management triage to her even though it may not alwas be for the providers she is in charge of, her reply was “I think of them all as my provider’s” and that she just wants the CO’s to be taken care of. It’s so refreshing to have someone who does their work PLUS that of other’s when short staffed.
