Scott deserves some recognition! Over the past couple of months, Scott has shown a willingness (and eagerness!) to learn new tasks and work on additional projects to help the pharmacy bring in additional revenue. Within this project, he contacts patients to update their insurance information. Although this may seem like a small task, it takes patience and kindness and Scott embodies both of those! This project also contributes towards the ANTHC Scorecard goal of achieving sustainable financial health! Thank you Scott for being part of the team:)
