The FY25 Capital Submission period is still open! As we continue our FY25 transition to a continuous capital management process, capital requests are reviewed and prioritized quarterly by the Capital Governance Council (CGC), composed of executive leaders across ANTHC.
Key Submission Details:
- Priority Submission Deadline: February 21. Submit your FY25 Q3 requests through Campus Collaboration for consideration in this review cycle.
- Submission Review Period: December 2024 – March 2025. Requests will be evaluated by Asset Management, ePMO, Directors, VPs and Functional Reviewers. Approval for Q3 will be determined by the Capital Governance Council.
- Funding Notifications: Project Owners will receive updates on approved projects from their Division Controllers and the Capital Budget Team in late-March 2025. Requests not approved in this round will remain in queue for future reviews.
As a reminder, submission for FY26 and FY27 are strongly encouraged to support long-range capital planning. Additionally, DEHE and grant-funded capital projects must be entered into Campus Collaboration and follow a tailored review process. Please contact your Division Controller for details.
